Big fan of the mulitas and asada nachos here. Typical hole in the wall with some really good food. Not much for parking but totally worth getting some grub here.

One of my favorite places to get tacos in LA. Great food, really nice staff. Have visited both the restaurant and the taco truck and never disappointed. Big fan! Thank you!

"It's not right, but it's okay.... I'm gone' make it anyway....
Pack your bags.... up and leave..."

Suffice it to state, one experience w/ Gus's had a brutha' channeling his inner Whitney.

Ordered from this place after it popped up while listed as being a "hot" new local eatery. Remembering I had $10 credit due to a previous Grub Hub delivery episode, I sought to them for dinner solace and as ALWAYS, I allowed my appetite to get the best of me.
$45 ($5.00 for delivery, $4 more for tax ....and then they had THE NERVE to want a dayum tip on top of it all. GTFOH!!!) afforded me the following.
- 3 burritos (both carne asada and chorizo)
- 1 order of nachos
- 6 (or maybe it was 8) pastor tacos
- .....some other stuff I'm too buzzed now to remember.
Unlike Bobby and Whitney, it all arrived on time and to be truthful, not only was it all immense but it was skrump'dilly'umptous!
Thinking back, I recall the time my Mommy (yes, dammit, I still call her "Mommy"!) used to pack my lunchbox. NEVERRRR not once was it full to the brim with burritos and cilantro filled tacos!
(I still love you Mommy)
In advance it's best those ordering from here know that the food served here is by FARRRRR the GREASIEST I've come across to date.
Period. Point. Blank-
We're talking emaciated Whitney performing Michael Jackson's "Wanna Be Startin' Something" at his BET tribute type of GREASY!!!
#crack-is-whack
Clearly grease (or lard) equates to wonderful taste because damned if it wasn't all delish..........even if I did have to towel dry the chips!
And with reference to such, ....while the nachos arrived hot (worthy of a star) and were TOTALLY on point, this place DIDN'T INCLUDE ANY such chips (or salsa) to snack on within my ENTIRE order!!!
Queen of the night my azzzz!
What kind of Mexican place do any of y'all know that doesn't provide chips and salsa with a customer's order?!
(......cue "Heartbreak Hotel")
That's damned near Mexican blasphemy and I know Whitney is some place turning in her damned grave right now!
In any event, 4 stars seems solid. Not quite my "greatest love of all", the food here was passable and while it wasn't quite right ....
I reckon it's still okay. -

We came thru trying to eat. And they got false timings. What I don't understand is why does the sign say "open" when you can see the chairs on top of the table. Honestly it got me cracking up because of how stupid this situation was

I normally love this taco truck after hitting bars on the weekends. However i went here one night on a weekday, and it was not good at all. I was worried because i heard other people complaining while i was waiting. Then when i received my pastor tacos they def werent the same as i previously had. It was all too oily and greasy and just kind of gross. Oh and i guess they forgot my order number because they served about 4 people that came after me first. I highly suggest coming only on weekends during the bar rush
